Are you 12-24 and Interested in Global Issues? BCCIC Wants You!
BCCIC is seeking twenty young people, ages 12-24 inclusive, who are actively involved in youth groups or on youth projects that address local-global issues. These young people will attend a social justice theatre workshop on Saturday, January 18th, where they will work with Street Spirits Theatre Company from Prince George to create a performance for International Development Week (IDW). This performance will be filmed and highlighted during BCCIC’s IDW online campaign in February 2014. Those interested in participating, or recommending a youth to participate, should email a brief description of the participant and their involvement in local-global issues to [email protected] by Friday, December 13th.
