This is to appeal to those with humanity at heart that on behalf of this child suffering in the nomadic and pastrolist community and despite communal laws and states regional and international laws to grant there protection and well-being,to date they writhe in gross dreadful.The question is whom are they awaiting? The answer its me and you and nobody else.
