The Change2Engage (C2E) Project builds on the expertise of IICRD’s YouthScape initiative to engage youth, community workers and local government.

The initiative incorporates community mapping methodologies and encourages young people to use new ICTs (such as social media and film) to paint a landscape of Victoria.

C2E's last initiative is to hold a day long event on social media and youth engagement at the University of Victoria.  To watch the panel live on Sept. 19th, 2012 10 AM PST, and for more information see
