Young Partners in Development

As a way to start this off I am posting this first blog. Each of us has the capability to add a blog post as well as comment on any of the blog posts that others have made. We can start talking about the upcoming learning forum as well a start to talk about CPP as it comes into form. It'll take some time to get some content in place as well as to gain comfort with using these basic tools. if you have any questions please don't hesitate to post them in the group we call the learning circle. I look forward to developing this resource as a meaningful way to bring child rights to life!!

I like the idea of inviting all confirmed attendees to join the blog prior to the conference.

Blogging about the conference would definitely add an interesting and personal perspective to the overall CRIP experience. We could probably send out a wide invitation to all of our participants (once we have the final list) and see who is interested in blogging.

It would be nice to have a cross-section of attendees: a youth leader, a policy maker, someone from the Global South, one of us, etc?

I think not. This is definitely a simple enough request, in terms of level of effort, and the potential results are well worth it. Lets discuss. Perhaps we can ask a number of attendees to blog, maybe even ask those that are coming at no charge to blog??

It would be great if we could get one person we have invited to CRIP to blog about their experience before, during, and after the conference. But would this be an intensive task?
