This needs to be the fundamental starting piece of any YPID course - workshop - or program from my perspective!

I concur and that is why I was so inspired by the Indigenous Wisdom that states: "starting from within, working in a circle, in a sacred manner, we heal and develop ourselves, our relationships, and the world".   Yes, it starts and must start from within.
