Reflections on youth and work/employment in Bolivia and Peru (in Spanish)

Since community is about sharing...I have been encouraged to post up a recent and short contribution to open spaces and deepen the reflection on youth(s) and the roads, paths, shortcuts they face to fing and keep a dignifying work/employment. The study revised some concrete experiences in Bolivia (cities of Sucre, La Paz and El Alto) and in Lima - Peru (Metropolitan area and San Juan de Lurigancho), but mainly addresses some key issues and questions that hopefully can be used to better understand similar situations in other parts of the world.
My apologies for the ones who do not read in spanish!!
I will be more than happy to receive some feedback and to keep on the reflection...

Saludos (cheers from los andes)

Paola
