Second Paper in Series explores Children's Subjective Well-being

The latest paper in a series to stimulate discussion is entitled Children's Subjective Well-being:  A Proposed Component of Assessments of Accountability in Promoting the Rights and Quality of Life of Children.  Written by E. Scott Huebner, Ph.D, Professor and Director, School Psychology Program, Department of Psychology, University of South Carolina, the paper proposes that in order to successfully monitor the actual success (as opposed to the intended effect) of implementing child rights policies, children themselves must participate in the evaluation.  Do you agree?  Read the paper and add your comments in the discussion forum!
