The International Institute for Child Rights and Development (IICRD, University of Victoria, BC, Canada; IICRD) has begun a new program to draw international attention to and facilitate comment on visions and challenges which hold promise for advancing the rights and well-being of children. The first paper in the series is An Approach to Assessing “Accountability” in Implementing the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child by James Garbarino, PhD, Senior Faculty Fellow, Center for the Human Rights of Children, Loyola University Chicago. The link is here.
